Refund policy
Shop with confidence! We stand by every product we sell, and want you to be completely satisfied with the purchases you make. If a Heroic Performance purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and return label fees.
All return shipping and fees are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of damage or fulfillment error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to verify your order details which can be found on your order confirmation and/or packing slip.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please fully inspect your order upon arrival. If the shipping box and/or its contents are damaged, or the item is defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Prior to order placement, please carefully verify sizing and dimensions of your item. This information can be found documented on the individual product pages. While Heroic Performance will gladly accept exchanges of like product due to size or color without restocking fees, the customer will remain responsible for all return shipping costs.
There will be no additional costs or fees for the new product unless there was movement into plus sized pricing or an increase in the original shipping cost. Any increases will be charged to the original form of payment and you will be notified prior to shipping for approval.
Refunds
If an item is returned due to package mishandling, product defect, or fulfillment error, Heroic Performance will not deduct the shipping and label fees from the refund.
A notification will be sent once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be posted to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Purchases from Heroic Performance and the uses of Heroic Performance services are subject to our General Terms & Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of the Heroic Performance Shop homepage. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted at any time PRIOR to shipment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like your order cancelled.
